Vunoi is a village positioned south of the city of Vlora, on the coast of the Ionian Sea, with a stunning view. It is located a little far from the sea at an altitude of 176 m above sea level and is characterized by stone ceilings raised above the alleys paved with stone tiles. One of the unique villages of the southern coast of Albania for its architecture, urbanization, history, protagonist role in the main events of the nation as well as its contribution to the national Albanian culture. On the edge of the main road, we bring for sale an antique house and a shop which were built in 1887. The house is built with stone slabs with two floors and a surface area of 200m2, together with the shop, which is on the edge of the main road, 50m2.
