The structure that we propose joins this development character, but also preserves the memory of nature that this territory carries by bringing a garden building to the entire proposed facade. This image that evokes the hanging gardens of Babylon, one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, will create a magical atmosphere in the area where the building will be developed. The forming idea of the object is the creation of two towers, the same in treatment but different in height, joined by a service structure on the first 2 floors, producing an elegant volume that develops in space. All the volume is wrapped by a green grid which unifies the image of the object, hides the functional changes and facilitates the appearance of the built structure. On the other hand, the green grid greatly improves the environmental characteristics of living in this facility. Hanging gardens offer freshness and shade for residents and services that will be located in this building. The aromas of flowers, greenery and colors will always bring a spring atmosphere to the entire area. Also, the change of plants according to the season will change the image of the facade and will be an innovation not only for the image of Tirana but also at the regional level. The building has 2, 4, 16 and 24 floors. The first two floors will be used for service areas: shops and offices, the upper floors will be residential and the underground floors will hold parking spaces and the necessary technical facilities.
