Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription are cancelled at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your plan will be active until the end of the billing period. After that it will not renew automatically.
What payments does Homezone.al accept?
Homezone.al accepts payments with credit cards, debit cards, cash payments, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment processor.
When is my subscription activated?
Once an automatic payment is processed, the subscription is activated immediately. For cash payments, the subscription is activated once the payment is received.
I run a small agency, what subscription should I choose?
For small agencies up to 5 agents, we recommend the Premium Agent subscription. It includes all the features you need to advertise your properties and your brand. For agencies with 6 or more agents, we recommend the Premium Office subscription. It includes all the features of the Premium Agent subscription, plus the ability to add agents to your agency.
Are my payments secure?
Homezone.al does not process payments, does not store credit card information and does not have access to your credit card information. All payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment processor.
