Founded in 2018, Homezone.al is an Albanian web page, focused on advertising the properties of private users and Real Estate agents, so that properties can be centralized in a single point for the audience.

Homezone.al aims to attract the local investitor and the one outside the borders with wide advertising in social networks and search engines.

Homezone.al is not an real estate agency and does not intend to be come one. Homezone.al does not negotiate properties in the name of the user and does not take any resposibility for properties trades.

Homezone.al eshte krijuar si nje projekt anesor, në kohën e lirë, dhe vazhdon të jetë i tillë. Homezone.al është totalisht falas për profesionistet edhe për privatet.

Alban Xhaferllari është themelusi i Homezone.al e cila u krijuar si një faqe vertikale dedikuar tregut të pronave në Shqipëri. Kjo ide erdhi pas një eksperience në kompanin Daft.ie të grupit Distilled Media në Irlandë. Albani është një Senior Software Inxhinier në Microsoft, me një eksperience shume vjecare në fushën e informatikës. Ka mbaruar master per Informatike ne Universitetin e Verones, Itali.

Silva Isufi është dezajneri zyrtar i Homezone.al, e cila ka krijuar vizatimi, skicat, grafiken dhe logon e Homezone.al, me nje studim te detajuar. Silva ka një master në Informatike nga Politekniku i Tiranës, dhe një eskperiece disa vjecare ne UX design dhe social media. Aktualisht Silva punon si UX Desginer për Microsoft Ireland në Dublin.
