What is URL Import?

URL Import is a powerful feature that allows you to automatically import property listings from other real estate websites by simply providing the property URLs. Our AI-powered system will extract all relevant information and create property listings on your account.

How to Use URL Import

Follow these simple steps to import properties from external websites:

Step 1: Access URL Import

  1. Log in to your Homezone.al account
  2. Navigate to Account → Properties → URL Import
  3. You will see the URL Import interface with a form and status table

Step 2: Add Property URLs

  1. Copy the URL of the property you want to import from another website
  2. Paste the URL(s) in the text area (one URL per line for multiple imports)
  3. Optionally, check "Auto-publish imported properties" if you want properties to go live immediately
  4. Click "Import URLs" to start the process

Step 3: Monitor Import Status

  1. Monitor the import status in the table below the form
  2. You can refresh the table to see updated status
  3. Once completed, you can view or edit the imported property

Supported Websites

URL Import works with most Albanian real estate websites including:

  • Albanian property listing websites
  • Real estate agency websites
  • Individual property pages with standard formats
  • Most international real estate platforms

Import Status Meanings

Pending

The URL has been submitted and is waiting to be processed

Processing

Our system is currently extracting property data from the URL

Completed

Property has been successfully imported and is available in your listings

Failed

Import failed due to an error. You can retry or check the error message

Auto-Publish Feature

The auto-publish feature allows you to automatically make imported properties visible on the platform:

  • When enabled, imported properties will be immediately published and searchable
  • When disabled, properties will be saved as drafts for you to review before publishing
  • You can always edit properties after import regardless of this setting

Limitations and Quotas

Please note the following limitations for URL Import:

  • Free users can import up to 2 URLs per day
  • Premium agent accounts can import up to 20 URLs per day
  • Processing time may vary from a few minutes to an hour depending on website complexity

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Import status shows "Failed"

This usually means the website structure is not supported or the URL is not accessible. Try a different URL or contact support.

Import is stuck on "Processing"

Processing can take up to an hour. If it remains stuck longer, try refreshing the page or retry the import.

Some property details are missing

You can edit the imported property to add missing information. Our AI does its best but may not capture everything.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use specific property detail pages rather than listing pages for better results
  • Review imported properties before publishing to ensure accuracy
  • If an import fails, try the URL again as temporary issues may have been resolved
  • Contact support if you consistently have issues with URLs from a specific website

Sa kohë merr importi i një prone?

Procesi i importit zakonisht përfundon brenda 30-60 sekondave. Sistemi ekstrakton automatikisht të dhënat, imazhet dhe i përpunon ato. Pas përfundimit, do të merrni një njoftim dhe mund të rishikoni dhe redaktoni shpalljen përpara publikimit.

A mund të redaktoj të dhënat pas importit?

Po, absolutisht! Pas importit, mund të rishikoni dhe redaktoni të gjitha të dhënat e pronës: çmimin, përshkrimin, imazhet, adresën dhe karakteristikat. Rekomandojmë gjithmonë të kontrolloni të dhënat për saktësi përpara publikimit.

A ka kufizime për numrin e import që mund të bëj?

Përdoruesit me abonim Premium mund të importojnë deri në 50 prona në muaj, ndërsa përdoruesit me abonim Premium Office nuk kanë kufizime. Përdoruesit falas mund të importojnë deri në 3 prona në muaj.

Çfarë ndodh nëse importi dështon?

Nëse importi dështon, do të merrni një mesazh gabimi që shpjegon problemin. Shkaqet më të zakonshme janë: URL-ja e pavlefshme, faqja nuk përmban të dhëna të strukturuara, ose probleme me lidhjen e internetit. Mund të provoni përsëri ose të kontaktoni mbështetjen për ndihmë.
